A collection originally designed as part of Lilla Roger’s Make Art That Sells course. The brief was to be inspired by lucky charms from different cultures, and the original market was baby apparel. My inspiration came from a recent visit to Turkey and all the ‘lucky elephants’ that I saw for sale there. I developed the initial designs further into a collection that I believe is more mature and sophisticated. I could see this being used for interiors, fashion accessories or stationery. That said, some of the designs could also be used for the baby or childrens market, maybe for bedding or accessories.
